The network is more powerful than the node
Dear friends,
I hope you have been doing well since our seminar last June.
I had the pleasure of seeing some of you again in 2008, on the occasion of different other trainings and conferences, where we planned to keep in touch this year and make projects together.
One of the project is to make this site functional and useful, by sharing information on different topics that can interest all of us: funding opportunities, partnerships, seminars, trainings, conferences, information materials, etc… It’s up to us to make it as we want it!
http://www.integration-projects.org/ is the site where you can find the last newsletter of the project
Looking forward to receiving news from you!

Some of you asked for the presentations made during the seminar.
So, enjoy these first ones! More are coming…
Some of the movies presented during the seminar - useful prevention tools, we thought!
Attached is the list of participants, with contacts, so that you know where to reach each other.
These are partners and friends of the AIDS ACTION and INTEGRATION projects.
The agenda of the Youth and AIDS seminar. The presentations are coming soon…
During the seminar, Arnaud Wasson-Simon (AIDES) presented a draft of a letter to be sent from the seminar to French president Nicolas Sarkozy on 1 July, when France assumes the presidency of the European Union. The letter notes that Global Fund support for most European programmes will soon end, and it asks Sarkozy to hold European governments to their commitments to universal access, to increase European institutional responsiveness to HIV and hepatitis and to affirm his solidarity with PLHIV. Here you can read the final version of the letter. Until now, we have received no answer, but we will keep you posted!
aidstalk.ro was born after the YOUTH AND AIDS seminar, organized by ARAS, in Bucharest, in June 2008. It intends to be a platform for communication and a source of information for all those working or interested in the field of HIV/AIDS prevention and care. We created it, but you are all invited to make it grow.
